Note: campsites might change due to vegetation and abundance of wildlife. No refunds are given for lost travel time, for itinerary amended after departure or for circumstances beyond our control.

Tailor-made safaris can be booked to run immediately before or after your Big Game Adventure Safari, or booked separately and in combination. Prices for these will be established once your exact requirements are known.
Payment terms
50 % of the full fee must be received by African Geographic Safaris for confirmation of your booking. Full payment must be received within 30 days of the intended date of joining an African Geographic Safari.
Cancellation terms
Cancellations will be accepted and 75% of the full fee will be refunded up to 30 days before the intended departure date. Cancellation fees thereafter are:
  • 15-30 days before departure 50% of full fee to be retained
  • 1-14 days before departure 100% of full fee to be retained

Included in the price
  • All ground transportation by 4 x 4 Land Rover
  • Bedding, eating utensils, all camp meals (unless stipulated or taken by clients in restaurants), teas, coffees, snacks.
  • Game drives and park entry fees to the National Parks.
  • All accommodation is provided.
  • Boat trip and fishing gear.
  • Professional English speaking guides trained in first aid, vehicle mechanics and bush lore.
Not included in the price
  • Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks (available for purchase for the duration of the safari).
  • Optional excursions.
  • Personal travel insurance.
  • Items of a personal nature.
  • Gratuities.
  • Zoom lenses for popular brand cameras (Canon, Nikon and Minolta) are available for hire. Please book in advance to avoid dissapointment.
